Our Story

Years ago, I ordered a cocktail at a very nice cocktail bar hidden in downtown 

San Antonio. The quality of the ingredients and the taste of the cocktail were 

incredible. I wanted to try and recreate the experience of enjoying that cocktail 

so I went to the store and asked the sales associate to help me round up all the 

ingredients. It was difficult and extremely expensive. Also, to make matters worse, I 

really didn’t have a clue how to put it all together. 

So to make a long story short, it has taken me a long time to figure out how to 

work with ingredients and layer flavors to accomplish complex cocktails like the one I experienced years ago.

I’ve asked myself several times which I 

prefer the most; creating and serving a
